Who Are We to Judge? Judge Not

Where do all the loving hearts go when all kinds of hatred abound?

Where do all our humanity go when beliefs tearing us apart?

Where do all our sanity go when brazen lies growing wide?

Where do all our “saintly” go when each one is afraid to empathize?

In the hole of stupidity we go-lest we mend our ways, folks!

How could we love ourselves so much, but hate others at the same time?

Could love abound in our hearts and hate dwell as well?

Would it not be possible to love and love — for love sake?

Have we bought all the rights in the world; hoarding it all for our selfish ends?

Have we not seen the worst of our biases or prejudices or indifference-and all towards others?

Could we be a little wiser to hold our tongue for a little while?

Or, would we rather shove our bible right onto their faces, brandishing our perfection-big time?

Just because others have different beliefs from ours’, sin differently

So we thought we’re holier-than-thou?

Do we think others deserve this kind of treatment from our kind?

And have all the rights in the world stumping on their feet, crumpling their hearts and ignoring their plight?

Have we tried putting ourselves on their shoes? Or, even led their lives full of contempt from self-righteous neighbors?

Have we not thought why there have been distrusts, conflicts, wars and pestilence since time immemorial?

Ignorance, friends, is the culprit of which our kind perpetuates.

Being educated ones, we must be free of such, and be models of enlightenment, compassion, calmness, and you -know- what.

What a lovely day it would be, if we live –and let live

Minding our own business, respecting other’s rights, beliefs, cultures and all-amazing right?

Now, could we hear their plea and stop bashing people not of our own kind?

And just try, even a little, to empathize

Or, should schools be blamed for not teaching kids to listen well.

For now some have grown into bullies, imposing their own beliefs on others, lest others become willing unsuspecting victims, thinking they are a bunch of walking dead?

Love unconditionally is key, er, the only way for us all to survive…

Where no one ever feels less — or more –compared to others

Society gets unfair once it is not accommodating the needs of each single one member worthy of respect.

There should never be a majority, nor a minority thingy-instead let there be one communal living manifesting brotherhood.

Well, would it be too much to ask? We will perish lest we do not want to repeat flaws of history.

We’re in the 21st century now. How come many of us are still trapped in narrow-mindedness and all?

Diversity is key. Respect is just but one door.

Open our minds and hearts.

Let sanity come in.

Listen to understand.

Speak not to win an argument.

Speak not to hurt more a bleeding heart or confuse more a fuzzy mind.

Seek wisdom before we open our lips, and not letting our flesh lashing double-edge sword destroying peace and sanity.

Such things could surely spell a big difference towards harmony, or, at least, co-existence.

Humanity is doomed when humans become inhumane.

Our Great Maker won’t acknowledge us as Children when everything and everyone becomes useless, worthless, and has come to an evil END.

Therefore, judge not!

The Amazing Wonder of AGE

I have just celebrated my recent birthday. By now, it is getting to be old business for me. Just another day of the year to celebrate something, which just happens to be my birthday.

I believe that if it is my birthday, I should be able to celebrate whatever birthday I want to celebrate. You are only as old as you celebrate.

I am not embarrassed at how old I am, I just sometimes cannot remember the exact figure. Some of my friends are rather legalistic along this line and are demanding the exact number of my birthday. Is it really that important? Does it really matter how old you are?

Well, if you spoke to some of my friends it matters to them. For those of us, however, who have experienced a succession of birthdays it does not really matter.

Thinking of my birthday this past week I was trying to figure out what was my best birthday. All of them had certain significance to them. For example, my 16th birthday allowed me to drive the car. However, I could only drive the car when my father said I could drive the car.

My 21st birthday was very important because I then could get married. Back then, you could not get married unless you were 21 years of age. Before that, you had to have your parent’s permission. I have asked my parents for many things throughout the years, but I think asking to get married is just crossing the line somewhere.

Every birthday starts a new year of adventure and excitement. When you get older, adventure and excitement sort of goes away a little bit. It can be exciting to celebrate another birthday and wonder where you going to be at when your next birthday comes around.

Some people feel it’s a little negative to get older. If you do not get older, it means that you have… Well, you know the rest of that sentence. I find nothing negative about getting older. I find certain amenities are associated with getting older that I could not cash in when I was younger.

When I was younger, I could not get away with much of anything. Now that I am older, I can get away with things because I have a few niches I can use. “I’m sorry,” I often say to the Gracious Mistress of the Parsonage, “I forgot all about that. You know I’m getting older now.”

She smiles and shakes an understanding head. It is wonderful to have an excuse for things of that nature.

For my birthday this year, I discovered something rather interesting. This year I discovered the amazing wonder of A.G.E. If you look at age from the proper perspective, you do get some very interesting enjoyments.

I suppose I should explain to you what I mean by A.G.E. It never occurred to me until this birthday celebration. A.G.E is simply Aggressive Grumpy Elegance. I never saw this before, but then of course I was not old enough to appreciate it.

When I was young, I noticed my grandfather had some rather grumpy sessions and I did not quite understand. Now that I am approaching my grandfather’s age, I appreciate that grumpy attitude. Oh, the wonder of Aggressive Grumpy Elegance.

If I ever thought youth was exciting, it is nothing compared to this A.G.E. that I am experiencing right now. It is so wonderful to be grumpy whenever you choose.

I know some people are grumpy because they are just grumpy. That has nothing to do with this wonderful Aggressive Grumpy Elegance that I have discovered.

It takes quite a few decades to master this kind of attitude. I am delighted to say I have reached that stage in my life and I am mastering this part of Aggressive Grumpy Elegance. I just cannot say it often enough.

For example, when I want a quiet afternoon and maybe take a little bit of a nap, the result of this would be somebody saying, “Stay away from grandpa, he’s acting a little grumpy today.” The key to that is “acting.”

Some people are grumpy because they are grumpy, but those of us who have reached a certain level in life are grumpy because we are acting grumpy and to act grumpy takes a great deal of thespian skill.

If someone, and I will not mention the real name here, wants me to go shopping with her, all I need to do is put on the grumpy act. “Well,” she will say, “I guess you’re too grumpy to go shopping with me today!”

The person who has reached this level of A.G.E can turn it on when needed and turn it off when not needed. That is the “elegance” part of this whole business.

When the grandchildren are around making noise and excitement, I do not have to act grumpy. When their parents, however, come around that is the time when grumpy kicks in.

You have to know when to act grumpy and when not to act grumpy. That is the wonderful aspect of getting to the age I am at right now.

I believe Solomon understood this when he wrote, “The glory of young men is their strength: and the beauty of old men is the grey head” (Proverbs 20:29).

One of the great privileges in life is to earn that “grey head.” More important, to use that grey head in a positive, affirmative fashion.

Yoga in Modern Times

The current world is too difficult to deal with. The jobs we have, the economies of the world, and the lack of peace in the world tend to become more than a single person can handle. As a result, most people develop physical and physiological problems, stress if you will. However, as the problems grow so do the solutions to the same. Yoga has been around for a very long time. Even though at its initial stages it had not become very popular among most people, there were certain cultures that received its benefits.

Yoga in modern times is a combination of simple postures; postures that any person can handle without a struggle no matter their physical state. The simple combination of postures helps a person relax their mind and bodies and gain harmony with their environment. This simple exercise is the most effective way for a person to initiate and maintain a connection between them and their inner selves thereby maintaining their sanity and maintaining focus on their goals, dreams, and purposes in life. The exercise will help any person, of any age, to get rid of all other distractions that might prevent them from being who they should be in life.

One common attribute about problems is that a person needs to deal with them and not ignore them. Facing problems can be a tricky process, a process that can even break your sanity and physiological state. Yoga provides the best way to solve all your problems without increasing the stress in your body. There are three most common ways that Yoga in modern times benefits your body.

Yoga is not all about the benefits of spirit and mind. In fact, the most common reason why people practice yoga in modern times is to receive certain physical benefits. Yoga helps people improve their physical state, in that; you will become more physically fit as you continue to practice yoga. However, there are more benefits apart from just physical fitness. Yoga has become one of the most effective solution to illnesses. For instance, there are studies and proof that have concluded that yoga has helped to heal people with physical bruises, AIDS, asthma, arthritis, high blood pressure, constipation, epilepsy, respiration problems, back pain, among other very serious diseases.

There are very few solutions to spiritual problems. Yoga is one of the recognized form of meditation that helps people gain spiritual health, spiritual realization, and spiritual calmness. Yoga has been in use for a long time; helping people find peace in themselves, know their potential, and increase their abilities in terms of knowledge. This simple practice is highly recommended for people who have spiritual conflicts. It is one of the most effective ways to bring inner peace and happiness.

Our lives contain many activities, some positive, and some negative. For instance, there are people who have very stressful days at work; some people have troubles in their lives such as divorces or financial crisis. These problems are capable of breaking the physiological calmness of a person. Yoga is the best solution for people looking to maintain physiological calmness. It helps people keep focus, concentrate on the importance of their lives, relax their minds, and relieve most of the stress in their minds.

9 Natural Tips to Win the Battle With Anxiety and Restore Emotional Health (From a Holistic Nurse)

1. Probiotics . Probiotics. Probiotics. If you are not taking one. Start! Gut bacteria has a powerful influence on anxiety and emotional health. More than 80% of the body's serotonin is produced in the gut. The important thing to remember is to only purchase a high quality probiotic, preferably from a medical provider. Not all probiotics are created equally.

2. Meditation . I know, it's trendy, all over social media, and you've heard it a million times. "But it's boring! And I barely have time to pee, how do I fit in meditation?" Until you start meditating every day, you can not comprehend the powerful physical and emotional effects it produces. Consistency is key when it comes to meditation. Meditate every day for 10 minutes. After one month (probably less) you'll feel a significant difference, you'll experience decreasing episodes of anxiety. And after one month (probably less), it no longer seems boring and actually becomes an essential reply.

3. Acupuncture . Medical research clearly demonstrates that acupuncture has a dramatic impact on emotional health. It can be a godsend for people with severe anxiety. If you are suffering, try it. The effects are amazing and it certainly can not hurt. If you have anxiety about needles (like me!), Find a therapist you are comfortable with, and have someone go with you to hold your hand (I made my mom come, not even kidding).

4. EFT . The emotional freedom technique was developed by a modern psychologist and functions under the same principles as Chinese Acupressure. It's easy to learn, you can do it anywhere and best of all its free! My 8-year old uses this technique frequently.

5. Essential Oils . Lavender, Chamomile are my go to soothers but there are quite a few different essential oils that have an anti-anxiety effect.

6. Exercise . Especialially Yoga. Yoga grounds, centers, and calms both the mind and body. But any exercise is extremely beneficial. Before my injury, I was an avid runner. Running had a profound effect on my emotional health. Research has repeatedly linked increased exercise to decreased anxiety.

7. Chanting . OK, I do not mean to go all new-age, hippie on you. But there is some science supporting the benefits of chanting. The act of chanting, causes your tongue to stimulate meridian points on the roof of your mouth which has a physical effect. Meridian points are the energy channels accessed during acupuncture / acupressure. My personal experience with Kundalini Yoga illustrated that chanting does calm the mind.

8. Nutrition . Ditch the sugar and processed flours. It shoots your blood sugar up and then you crash. This roller coaster wreaks havoc on your hormones, falsely calming you and then shooting up your anxiety. Artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives do even worse damage. Studies have shown a direct connection to ADHD, ADD, hyperactivity, and anxiety. (Not to mention consuming sugar, processed flours, artificial colors & flavors increase your risk for many diseases.) Stay away from processed foods. Switch to whole grains. Sweeten with honey, agave or turbinado sugar.

9. Caffeine . Quit drinking coffee. For many people this is the most difficult option on the list. Caffeine is truly an addiction. You may not want to admit it but deep down you probably already know the connection caffeine has to your anxiety. Once you stop drinking coffee, you'll wonder why you ever drink it at all. Switch to green tea. It will give you a delicious boost of caffeine and loads of antioxidants as well.

Anxiety impacts every area of ‚Äč‚Äčlife. Please speak with your medical provider, even if you choose to address your anxiety naturally before trying pharmaceuticals, you should do it with guidance. I hope you find solace and emotional health.

7 Of The Most Beautiful Mosques In The World

Are you a holy person? If you are, you most likely be interested in knowing about the most beautiful mosques in the world. Here they are:

Al Haram Mosque-Mecca, Saudi Arabia

It’s the most famous worship mosque in the world. According to the Qur’an, it’s the first house built for humanity to worship Allah. It’s the world’s largest mosque and surrounds Kaaba, the holiest places for the Muslims. The current structure covers an area of 99 acres and includes both indoor and outdoor praying spaces. During the period of Hajj, it can accommodate up to 4 million people.

Faisal mosque Islamabad-Pakistan

It’s the fourth largest mosque in the world and the biggest in the south-east and southern Asia. From 1986 to 1994, it was the biggest mosque in the world before the completion of the Hassan II in Morocco. For many years, the worship center has been voted as one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Sheikh lotfallah-iran

It was constructed between 1602 and 1619 during the reign of Shah Abbas I. In addition to being a worship center, it has other roles. It also functions as a hospital, royal mint, royal caravanserai, and bath.

Taj ul mosque-Bhopal, India

Located in Bhopal, India, Taj ul mosque is also known as the crown of mosques. Featuring a pink façade, the worship center has two 18-storey minarets with marble domes. It also has a bulbous dome, marble flooring, and grand hallway. There is also a double-storeyed gateway that has four recessed archways. While its primary role is to serve as a mosque, it also doubles as an Islamic school during the day.

Wazir Khan-Lahore, Pakistan

It’s located in the northern city of Lahore in Pakistan on one of the busiest roads in the area. The mosque has been standing since the 17th century and is one of the most important landmarks in the city. What makes the worship center attractive is the colors and paintings. Both inside and outside the mosque are fresco paintings and tiles. The paintings feature a wide range of colors such as green, cerulean blue, yellow, purple, orange, and cobalt.

Blue mosque-Istanbul

It’s one of the landmarks in Istanbul. It boasts of six needle-like minarets and a series of domes and half domes. It was constructed during the reign of the Ottoman ruler Ahmed I between 1609 and 1616. In addition to the exciting domes, the mosque also has high ceilings featuring 20,000 blue Iznik tiles. The tiles have trees and flowers of differing patterns.

Ubudiah-kuala Kangsar, Malaysia

It prides itself of four minarets and a golden dome that was designed by a British architect, Arthur Benison Huback. Huback created the worship center at the command of Sultan Idris Mushidul Azam Shah who had vowed to construct a beautiful mosque as a thanksgiving after recovering from an illness.

These are some of the most beautiful mosques in the world. In the event you are visiting a city with one of the above-mentioned mosques, don’t hesitate to visit it and take in the spectacular beauty.

Tonic Herbs For Immune Defense

Although the doctors of modern western medicine would have you believe that herbs cannot have any healing effects on you (read “Media Censorship at Olympics in China Mirrors FDA Censorship of Health Product Claims in America” by Mike Adams of, in other parts of the world, herbs are highly revered. Western herbs do have some healing qualities, but the herbs I am referring to are the tonic herbs of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Ayurvedic system, and the healing traditions of some South American countries. Tonic herbs do exactly what their name implies. They tonify the systems of the body. Tonic herbs are an elite class of herbs which can and should be taken on a daily basis, with little to no risk, and no side effects.

Reishi: Ganoderma Lucidum, commonly known as reishi, is considered a “superior” tonic in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It has been sought after for thousands of years, and to find it in the wild is truly rare. It is known as “The Mushroom of Immortality” and “The herb of spiritually potency.” Reishi is antiviral, antifungal, anti-parasitic, and anti-inflammatory. Reishi has many bioactive polysaccharides, which are long-chain carbohydrates with medicinal qualities. It possesses anti-tumor qualities due to these polysaccharides. The extract of this amazing mushroom is hailed for effectively regressing tumors. Reishi can also help to lessen or negate the harmful and unpleasant side effects of treatments such as chemotherapy. For this reason, it is widely given to cancer victims in China. Reishi also possesses immunomodulating qualities. It strengthens the immune system with double ended action: it raises (or lowers) the immune defense to the proper levels without overstimulating the immune system thereby preventing autoimmune dis-eases. Autoimmune dis-eases result when the immune system can no longer distinguish its own cells from invading harmful cells and begins to attack itself. HIV/AIDS is a severe autoimmune dis-ease, but the very allergies which most of us suffer from are the result of autoimmune dysfunction as well. Reishi is adaptogenic, meaning it assists the body in adapting to internal and external stressors, thereby balancing bodily systems and maintaining homeostasis (balance).

I take reishi everyday. It has enhanced my life in so many ways, most notably, the way I interact with the world around me. There are less stressors and agitations, and I have more of a spiritual understanding of my place and purpose. Since I began taking reishi, I have not suffered from the severe seasonal allergies which plagued me my entire life. I encourage you to do your own internet research on reishi. There is so much information available about this that I simply cannot condense it any further for you…but it is out there. It works.

Agaricus: Agaricus, known as “God’s mushroom” is another amazing medicinal mushroom. It too has immunomodulting effects, and is extremely potent. It is the richest known source of the polysaccharide-proteins known as Beta-Glucans (Beta-1,6-D-glucan and Beta-1,3-D-glucan). These polysaccharides are macrophage activators. Macrophages are the first line of immune defense in our bodies, the cells which seek out and destroy harmful foreign substances like viruses, fungi, yeast, and even heavy metals and pollutants. Anytime the viral load of the human body reaches a level which is no longer maintainable by macrophage activity, dis-ease results. Agaricus can be taken safely, everyday, without side effects, and like reishi, will not over stimulate the immune system. These tonic herbs are intelligent, and once you begin taking them, you will understand how they work with your individual chemical-molecular make up.

Holy Basil: Holy basil, also known as Tulsi, is one of the most highly revered herbs in the Auyurvedic Medical system of India. Traditionally, it is said that Tulsi balances the chakras (wheels or energy centers within the body), thereby balancing the flow of energy to all the systems of the body. Like reishi, holy basil is an adaptogen, and assists the body in lowering stress and fatigue levels. Holy basil has been scientifically proven to reduce the level of cortisol (a stress causing hormore) in the body. It can help to calm the body and the mind and reduces anxiety levels. It has also been shown to protect the cells from the harmful effects of radiation exposure. Holy basil has many health enhancing qualities and can be taken daily.

How to Make a Man Orgasm Harder Than Ever Before – The Top Techniques to Make Him Literally Explode

The strength of the male orgasm can greatly change each and every single time you touch him. Sometimes when you touch him, it feels amazing and other times it doesn’t do much for him. You don’t want things to be so hit and miss for him. You want to make sure that what you are doing for him gives him great pleasure all of the time.

You want to know how to make a man orgasm harder than ever before. You want to be able to give him pleasure so good that he doesn’t even know what hit him. You want to learn the top male orgasm techniques that are going to make him literally explode with pleasure in the bedroom.

In order to give your man this kind of amazing pleasure, there are a few things that you need to know. By learning these techniques, you will be able to master the male orgasm and you will be able to give him an orgasmic experience that is truly out of this world.

Here are the techniques that you need to know that will help you to make a man orgasm harder than ever before:

Set the mood. The easiest way to make sure that he has an unreal orgasm is to set the tone for the evening. You want to show him that you are the one in control and that you are the one who is going to be dictating what happens tonight. Showing him your dominance puts him in the submissive position but he wants to be there. He wants you to control him and he wants you to turn him on. Being the one in control for the night will not only get him turned on, but it will also build up that anticipation in his body and make him want you bad. The more anticipation and sexual tension he feels from you, the more he is going to explode when he orgasms.

Another way to make sure that you make him orgasm hard is to use some pressure on him. The male body is built tough so he can handle you manhandling him a little bit. Don’t be afraid to use some force on his member with your hands or your body. The rougher you are with him, the better it feels and the more inclined he will be to explode with pleasure in the bedroom.

Stop giving your man the run of the mill pleasure and use these tips to make him explode in the bedroom tonight. You can make him orgasm hard and fast and if you use these techniques, you can make that happen now.

Alexander Zass Isometric Exercise – His Secret Isometric Exerciser Revealed!

Have you heard about Alexander Zass? He was also known as the Amazing Samson.

Do you know about Alexander Zass isometric exercise?

Zass was best known for his feats of strength. To many he was considered… AMAZING!

Most people thought that he obtained his strength by weightlifting but in fact, unlike other strongman of the day, he refused to do any feats of strength that required lifting weights. This infuriated the weightlifting community of his day.

For they were firmly convinced that this is how he developed his incredible strength and ability to burst chains wrapped around his chest.

Here’s a little background on this amazing strongman.

Alexander Zass was an old-time strongman, born in Poland in the 1800s, but later on his family moved to Russia.

As a young boy he was motivated to build his strength when he saw circus performers and the incredible feats that they performed. He began by climbing trees and fashioned some homemade barbells and dumbbells to begin working out with. As he became older, he began working out with some of the great Russian strongman of the time.

In some of the books he wrote, specifically Samson Systems and Methods he expounded on his idea that in order to have true strength you need to have what he called… Tendon Strength.

He felt that you needed to develop your connective tissues, the tendons, first rather than concentrating on the muscle fibers. He concluded that the best method is to use is what today we call isometric exercise.

Most of his conclusions came about as a result of his imprisonment during World War I. He escaped so frequently that the guards had to change him inside his cell. He practiced and learned how to break his chains. Later on he would use these chains to maintain his strength and physical conditioning by using them in his isometric workouts. And so he developed Alexander Zass isometric exercise.

Later on he would publish a training program in instructional course that detailed his use of isometrics employing a chain like exercise device.

Here are some of his feats of strength that he performed:

* Lifted a 500 pound girder with his teeth

* Carried a small horse

* Caught a woman fired from a cannon

* Had several professional boxers hit him in the stomach

But his most exciting demonstrations or in having himself wrapped with chains and then bursting them in front of individuals and of course bending steel bars.

People in London were astonished with his incredible feats of strength and several newspaper articles were written about him. This created a boom in sales of his books in instructional courses on Alexander Zass isometric exercise training.
